Professional experience

Emma called to the Bar in 2022 as a Faculty Scholar, following seven years’ experience as a solicitor practising with international law firm, CMS.

Emma specialises in commercial dispute resolution, including contract, technology and financial services matters. She has a keen interest in company/corporate matters, including corporate insolvency. Emma is regularly instructed in a variety of matters, including high value and complex litigation at first instance and also in appellant proceedings.
