  • Premier Oil plc v Fund III Investment 1 (Cayman) Ltd [2020] CSOH 39: Sanction of two creditors’ schemes of arrangement in relation to liabilities of around US$2.56 billion, contested by the largest single creditor group.
  • Administrator of Dawson International plc, Noter 2018 SLT 1000: Consideration of the appropriateness of directions sought by the administrators in the context of potential English environmental law liabilities.
  • Joint Administrators of Granite City Assets Ltd, Petitioners [2018] CSOH 55: Assessment of whether, in the context of the relevant funding arrangements, certain sums paid by way of deposits were secured by a standard security.
  • Panel on Takeovers and Mergers v King 2018 SC 459: First enforcement proceedings in the UK under section 955 of the Companies Act 2006.
