Axiom Advocates is delighted to welcome Martin Richardson back to practice following 2 years in Crown Office. Martin took silk in 2017 whilst in Crown Office.
Martin deals primarily with administrative and public law, commercial litigation, professional negligence and construction.
Since coming to the Bar, Martin has built upon his previous experience as a solicitor working in contentious construction for several major firms, continuing to be instructed in the Court of Session, Sheriff Court, arbitrations and adjudications. He has also been instructed to act in mediations both in Scotland and internationally.
