One of Scotland's leading personal injury lawyers has been struck off following a "cash flow scheme" which made illicit use of client funds and which led to he downfall of Ross harper, formerly one of Scotland's best known firms.
Cameron Fyfe appealed to the inner house against the order of the SSDT striking him off. His appeal was refused. Roddy Dunlop QC Of Axiom represented the law society in resisting the appeal.
