Jacqueline Fordyce appointed Visiting Professional at International Criminal CourtBack to News Listing
Axiom is delighted to congratulate Jacqueline Fordyce, Advocate, on her appointment as a Visiting Professional working in the Chambers of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague.
The ICC exercises jurisdiction in respect of the most serious crimes of concern to the international community, including genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and aggression.
Jacqueline will assist the Judges of the Pre-Trial, Trial and Appeal Divisions of the Court in the exercise of their judicial functions, and provide legal advice on the interpretation and application of the Court’s rules of procedure and evidence, elements of crimes, and other regulations.
Jacqueline’s appointment enhances Axiom’s depth of expertise in public international law and practice, and human rights.
Jacqueline will take up her temporary appointment later this month.
