Commitment to serviceBack to News Listing
The coronavirus pandemic is a global health and societal emergency. Whilst the members and clerking staff of Axiom Advocates will of course be following the guidance issued by the UK and Scottish governments regarding social distancing and safe working practices, we must emphasise to all those who instruct our members that we remain committed to maintaining the highest quality of service possible during the current crisis.
Our business continuity measures have, thus far, proved successful and robust.
In addition, we are conscious of the need, in these unprecedented times, to be innovative and adaptable in relation to our business practices. We will be.
At this stage, we recommend that, when contacting the clerks, you use email and electronic papers as much as possible. Please also note that members will be using telephone and video conferencing as widely as they can.
We hope that you, and yours, remain well.
