Axiom welcomes newest member, Adam McKinlayBack to News Listing
Axiom is delighted to welcome new member Adam McKinlay. Adam called to the Bar today.
Prior to calling to the Bar, Adam practiced in Brodies LLP’s Dispute Resolution department for seven years. He qualified as a Solicitor Advocate in July 2015. He has appeared regularly in that capacity in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts. He has also appeared in the Supreme Court. Adam’s instructions as Solicitor Advocate covered a wide range of practice areas including: professional negligence, construction, commercial contracts and commercial property. He was Lord Reid Scholar 2017-18.
As a solicitor, Adam gained extensive experience of acting in professional negligence claims on behalf of solicitors, surveyors, accountants, IFAs, brokers, architects and construction professionals. Completing the CII Diploma in Insurance in 2014 enhanced Adam’s insurance industry knowledge. He has considerable experience as a solicitor in high value and complex disputes and mediation.
