David Thomson QC
Held in high regard for his commercial litigation practice, he is regularly instructed by the Secretary of State to handle director disqualification claims. He complements his company practice with additional expertise in property and insolvency matters and offers further ability in professional negligence and tax-related cases.

Recent work: Acted for Johansens & Co in a substantial dispute concerning alleged breaches of warranty in share purchase agreements.
A well regarded commercial junior known for her impressive, wide-ranging practice. She regularly advises clients on a variety of issues with a focus on debt, insolvency and commercial contracts.

Recent work: Acted on behalf of Frank Doonin in the petition of Robert Forest for just and equitable winding up of a family company with assets in the region of £4.5 million. The matter involved significant environmental issues and the prosecution of the company and directors in respect of alleged environmental offences.
