At a hearing before a Judicial Panel of the Scottish Football Association on 4 October 2012, disciplinary charges against Charles Green, chief executive of the Rangers Football Club Limited, were rejected. He had been accused of bringing the game of football into disrepute and failing to act in the best interests of football. Jonathan Lake QC of Axiom Advocates represented Mr Green at the hearing.
