What impact do economic and cost of living pressures have on public law litigation? What are the implications, in the legal context, for public bodies, for the provision of services and for actual and would-be litigants? Morag will consider questions of meeting needs, human rights and access to justice when resources are scarce.

Julian Ghosh KC
