Victoria will discuss a series of recent cases in which the courts have grappled with the implications of the UKSC decision in MBS/Meadows.

Loss of a chance

Adam will review the courts’ approach to loss of chance claims, focusing on the recent decision in Centenary 6 Limited v TLT LLP
