“The incidence of dishonesty and illegality in claims for professional liability."
Whether it is dishonest claimants, dishonest defenders or illegal contracts, the ways in which illegality and dishonesty affects civil claims are many and varied. The court’s application of the rules, some substantive and some procedural, is not always coherent. Alastair attempts to pulls these threads together with a view to explaining how they impact on claims for professional liability.

For lawyers, the so-called ‘fear of missing out’ applies as much to the latest court decisions as the latest trends on social media. Jacqueline provides an overview of recent developments in the field of professional liability in the UK courts.
