Practice Managers

We believe that modern practice demands a genuinely new approach to best professional practice, one that is both outward looking and progressive. Accordingly, Axiom aims to deliver top quality practice management: a fast and efficient service that can be measured against objective standards of service.

To do that, we employ two of Scotland's leading Practice Managers, Christine Ferguson and Lesley Flynn, to manage the group on a day-to-day basis using their unrivalled experience to provide a service that is responsive to client needs. In addition to our two Practice Managers, Axiom also benefits from two Deputy Clerks, Catriona Weir and Scott Gray.

Whilst promoting individual Counsel and providing advice on practice development, Axiom is committed to ensuring that quality and level of service is not compromised. Our Practice Managers' in-depth knowledge of our Counsel's areas of experience will allow you to make informed choices, thereby making the instruction process far easier.

Christine and Lesley are happy to discuss any aspect of Counsel's practice with you, including fees and the timescales for work. Indeed, we encourage transparency on these matters and will always be happy to consider negotiating in advance where appropriate.
