Axiom launches website at official launch party

Axiom Advocates entertained over 100 of Scotland's leading legal professionals at its official launch party at Our Dynamic Earth last night (28th June 2007), using the occasion to highlight the launch of its website.

The website marks further progress for the group which opened for business back in April with many of Scotland's top advocates specialising in commercial and public law.

The website (www.axiomadvocates.com) is instructive beyond a list of members, providing clear and useful information needed by solicitors and professional organisations to make informed choices.

Martin Richardson, an advocate with Axiom, who has spearheaded the website's development said,

"The development of the website has been driven by a genuine desire to provide meaningful and useful information to all legal professionals and others interested in instructing Counsel. Using the website, advocates can be identified both on the basis of level and type of experience. We've included detailed CVs and links to cases in which counsel have been involved. There are also pages detailing practice matters and an FAQs page to increase the level of understanding and confidence in instructing the right advocate.

"A lot of what has been included online has been shaped by feedback from solicitors."
