SFA Disciplinary Committee

Alistair Clark QC, instructed by Robert Vaughan of RS Vaughan & Co, represented the Rangers Football Club players Madjid Bougherra and El Hadji Diouf and the Assistant Manager Ally McCoist before the Disciplinary Committee of the SFA on Tuesday 12th April 2011.

Following individual hearings, the Committee fined and censured the players but decided not to impose bans on them and it allowed Mr McCoist's appeal against a touchline ban (which had been imposed automatically under the SFA's rules as a result of a report by the fourth official).
