James Wolffe QC returns to practice.

The evidence in the fatal accident inquiry into the deaths at Rosepark Care Home in 2004 has concluded. The inquiry commenced in November 2009. W. James Wolffe QC, of Axiom Advocates, appeared as advocate depute for the Crown.
He now returns to practice at Axiom. During his time as an advocate depute, James prosecuted many serious cases in the High Court of Justiciary. He also represented the Crown in appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom as well as in the Criminal Appeal Court.
