Axiom welcomes James McNeill QC back to practice

Axiom Advocates is delighted to welcome James McNeill QC back to practice after a six month sabbatical. James is the most senior member of Axiom and advises on commercial matters, financial issues, corporate reconstructions, trust and occupational pension matters.

James also works as one of the Judges of the Courts of Appeal in Jersey and Guernsey. His work there centres on the fields of major commercial litigation, property law and both local and international trust governance. James is also an accredited mediator.
