Axiom is delighted to welcome new member Chris Paterson

Axiom is pleased to welcome Chris Paterson to Axiom, having called to the bar on Friday 4th June 2010.

Chris practised as a litigation solicitor for nine years.  In that time Chris built up wide-ranging experience of commercial litigation and latterly led Dundas & Wilson's property litigation team in Scotland. He also has extensive experience of professional and medical negligence, having specialised in professional liability litigation for several years.    In addition, in 2006 Chris undertook a secondment at one of the UK's largest clearing banks, where he advised upon national and international banking litigations and disputes.  

Chris has considerable experience of appearing in the Sheriff Courts in professional liability, property and commercial contract litigations, and at Fatal Accident Inquiries. 

Chris is an Accredited Mediator and has successfully resolved commercial disputes at mediation and by other forms of ADR.
