Gavin Walker previously worked as a solicitor specialising in construction. Since calling to the Bar he has appeared in the Inner and Outer House as well as the Sheriff Courts and has experience in areas including trust law, property law, corporate law and insolvency. He specialises in commercial disputes involving construction law. He also acts for insurers of architects, engineers and other construction professionals in professional negligence claims arising out of construction projects.

He has experience in alternative dispute resolution including arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
