Garry Borland specialises in commercial law, including disputes relating to commercial contracts, commercial property, company law and insolvency, construction and engineering, and energy.

He has extensive experience in the Court of Session, arbitrations and adjudications. He has also acted in public inquiries, fatal accident inquiries, and in mediations.

Garry is rated by Chambers UK directory as a Band 1 junior for commercial litigation.

He is also currently a standing junior counsel in Scotland for Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs.
