Roddy Dunlop has a wide and varied caseload which has given him a great deal of experience in court, appearing at every level within the Scottish civil court system. He has a particular interest in Media law, and is now the only practising member of the Scottish bar rated in this area by the Legal 500 Directory. He is also regularly instructed in cases involving questions of professional negligence, professional discipline, property damage, insurance claims, contractual commercial disputes, construction contracts, intellectual property, human rights, prescription and limitation, and judicial review.
