John MacGregor is a graduate of the University of Glasgow and the University of Oxford. Since calling to the bar he has specialized in commercial and public law.
John has dealt with a wide variety of commercial disputes including commercial contracts, property, construction and professional negligence. He has a strong interest in public law and has been instructed in relation to a variety of judicial review matters. He has experience of freedom of information and was junior counsel to the Advocate General in the House of Lords case of "Common Services Agency v Scottish Information Commissioner".
