Guiding Principles
Our members remain independent, self-employed advocates. We deal with our own cases in our own way.
However, by establishing and becoming part of Axiom, we are each showing our commitment to a high quality standard of service and also a desire to respond better to the needs of clients and solicitors in the modern marketplace. These are the common ideals which have brought us together.
We are also keen to make the working environment at Axiom different. Seniors and juniors within the group already have experience of working with each other. By coming together in the way we have, we demonstrate an ability to co-operate but we want to develop that sort of teamwork.
That's why Axiom has set up practice groups to enable members to identify and develop shared areas of expertise and knowledge.
The practice groups are:
- Alternative Dispute Resolution
- Commercial
- Commercial property
- Company/Insolvency/Bankruptcy
- Competition and Public Procurement
- Construction
- EC Law
- Freedom of Information
- International
- IP
- Media
- Professional Negligence
- Public Law
