However, this commitment to transparency also extends to other areas of our business, such as feeing.
Our fees are negotiated with our Practice Managers and Deputy Clerk on a case-by-case basis and at levels which are competitive for the services we offer. There is no set fee structure as we do not consider that the work we do -and the service we provide - is well-suited to the concept of standard fees or fee structures.
However, our Practice Managers aim to address the individual feeing needs of the individual client - for example, by means of agreement of fees in advance of work being undertaken or the use of daily or hourly rates. We recognise that, for many clients, a clear indication of fees at the outset can be vital in making decisions as to their handling of the litigation and, indeed, their overall business.
