Fees are negotiated with our Practice Manager and Deputy Clerks. There is no set fee structure. We do not consider that the work we do, and the service we provide, is well-suited to the concept of standard fees or fee structures.
However, our Practice Manager will aim to address the individual feeing needs of the individual client - for example, by means of agreement of fees in advance of work being undertaken, or the use of daily or hourly rates. We recognise that, for many clients, a clear indication of fees at the outset can be vital in making decisions as to their handling of the litigation and, indeed, their overall business.
