Professional experience

Kirsty specialises in professional negligence and construction. With over 5 years of experience at the Bar, together with five years as a solicitor, Kirsty regularly appears in the Sheriff Courts, the Court of Session, the Commercial Court in the Court of Session and in front of various Disciplinary Boards. Kirsty has been identified by Chambers and Partners as an up and coming junior and acts for a range of clients in the construction industry, together with a wide range of other professional firms including solicitors, accountants and surveyors. Kirsty is also a standing junior to the Office of the Advocate General.
