Professional Experience
Since calling to the Bar, Chris has been instructed in a broad range of commercial disputes and in particular professional negligence and property litigations.
Chris called to the Bar after practising as a litigation solicitor for nine years. In that time Chris built up wide-ranging experience of commercial litigation, including a two-year spell leading Dundas & Wilson’s property litigation team in Scotland. He also has extensive experience of professional and medical negligence, having specialised in professional liability litigation for several years.
In addition, in 2006 Chris undertook a secondment at one of the UK’s largest clearing banks, where he advised upon national and international banking litigations and disputes. Chris is a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
