Chris Wilson graduated from the University of Glasgow in public law in 1993 and became an advocate in 2005. His principal areas of work are in insolvency and company work and commercial fraud but he also practises across the spectrum of general commercial litigation. He has experience of disputes involving commercial contracts, professional negligence, pensions, engineering, product liability, unjustified enrichment and tax.
In 2000, Chris qualified as a chartered accountant, which has given him experience valuable in a range of disputes, from company valuation work to investigating and pursuing commercial fraud. He also has experience of regulating and auditing insurance entities and of corporate governance and commercial law from a policy angle.
