On qualifying as a solicitor, Almira worked in venture capital. Thereafter, she returned to private practice specialising in corporate finance. Following a graduate degree in the US focusing on international finance, Almira called to the Bar and since then has been involved in a number of complex commercial cases.
Almira has particular experience in corporate restructurings, schemes of arrangement and complex evidential hearings in commercial disputes.
